While having all the special qualities of rubber, cushion tyred wheels provide the further benefit of improved shock absorbency

They are puncture-proof and more durable than pneumatic tyres, providing greater capacities for similar diameters.

The cushion tyres are either rolled onto a welded pressed metal centre or assembled onto a demountable rim to ease tyre replacement.

The range includes 160mm to 400mm diameters with roller, ball, nylon and precision ball bearings. The bearing diameters listed are only a small range of available sizes. Please contact your nearest Lemcol representative for further details.

They are ideal for heavy-duty hand trucks and other industrial materials handling equipment. Where high-speed towing up to 25kph is required, we offer a solid rubber tyre assembled onto a range of Holden HT stud pattern rims. This provides a highly resilient wheel capable of extremely high loads.
