Hydraulic Vertical Lift Dumpmaster Bin Tippers & Bin Lifters SIMPLE OPERATION:

1. Simply wheel the bin in and close the door.
2.  Operator is located safely at the control panel and presses the 'UP' button.  There is no dangerous arcing action.

SAFE:

• Designed to meet the highest safety standards.
• Interlock switch prevents use if door is open. The bin lifter will not operate if the door is open. Operation ceases immediately if the door is opened or if the operator stops pressing the button.
• The cradle does not power down but is lowered by gravity and can be stopped by hand if needed.
• Foot operated brakes on the rear castors hold the machine in a stable position.
• Minimal visual obstruction on all sides and at the front of the machine allows the machine to be relocated easily and safely, even when maneuvering the machine within restricted areas.
• No dangerous arc to lift or lower bin.

DOES NOT DAMAGE THE BIN: The bin is fully supported at all times and there is no sudden transference of weight within the bin. Product/waste is gently tipped and slides out. Velocity of flow can be controlled.

NO MANUAL HANDLING: The bin is held by the wheels (no need to strap or clamp) and the hydraulic vertical lift bin tipper does not need to be clamped or attached to the skip.

Dual cradles automatically self-adjust to accommodate the size of bin being wheeled in. Other features include:
