Powered Pallet Tilters

Powered Pallet Tilters are used to position work accurately and safely, allowing containers to be tilted gradually so that parts and work are presented to an operator at an ideal height.

Powered Tilters and tilting tables provide safe, ergonomic materials handling and safely handle pallets, crates, stillages, rolls of plastic film or cables.

Powered Pallet Tilter Models Available:

Two 90-degree models (1000 & 2000kg) - Used for tilting rolls of plastic or steel coil from vertical to horizontal

30-degree tilter improves access to bins - Standalone or incorporated in lift tables where vertical adjustment further improves ergonomics.

Lo Level Cold Store 90-degree tilters - Tilting loads of frozen goods so separating sheets can be easily removed.

Incorporated hydraulically adjustable top platens
Low-level model for pallet truck access, and 150mm high for forklift load/unload only

Applications for Powered Tilters Include:

Tilters offer a safe, controlled tilt of heavy and valuable items instead of using forklifts

Features of Powered Tilters:

There is a wide range of platform options, including a V-shaped cradle on one platform to support a roll of steel coil on a pallet that needs to be tilted horizontally.
Gravity rollers on the deck
The platform can have removable cradles that can be removed by a hand pallet truck.
Durable construction
Available up to 2 tonnes and with 90 degrees of tilt (can be customised to fit your application)

They can be purchased as standalone tilters or as a tilting deck on a lift table
