All cabinets comply with AS/NZS 4452
All cabinets come complete with correct placarding according to the standard.
Cabinets have a Powder-Coat finish for the highest quality and performance
High gloss finish resists solvents, acids and alkalis and minimises the effects of corrosion and humidity
Three-point locking system with a fail-safe closing mechanism
Locking bars avoid bending and distortion for maximum safety
All doors are Self Closing with the right-hand closing
All doors have full-length piano hinges for security
The self-closing mechanism is housed in the cabinets' roof design.
This provides an additional area within the cabinet for storage and avoids damage and alignment disorder.
Cabinet closure rates are easily adjusted with four self-tapping screws.
Cabinets have Levelling Feet to ensure tight closure on uneven floors
The shelving design permits ventilation through the cabinet
All Shelves have ribbed polyethylene trays fitted to collect spillage and prevent contamination of lower shelves
Sump and Containment. Each cabinet is provided standard with a 150mm deep sump to contain spills or leaks within the cabinet
Adjustable levelling feet at all four corners ensure proper alignment for tight door closure on uneven floors (A feature exclusive to Justrite).
Ventilation Shelving design permits ventilation throughout the cabinet. Justrite's unique design incorporating troughs in each shelf collects spills and directs these away from contaminating products on the lower shelves. Shelves are adjustable incrementally (55mm) inside the cabinet to assist in arranging various-sized containers. The Corrosive cabinets have a ribbed polyethylene tray factory fitted to the shelves to collect any spillage.
Sump and Containment. Each cabinet is provided standard with a 150mm deep sump to contain spills or leaks within the cabinet.
Double Wall thermal barrier. 1.2mm sheet steel thickness with 40mm wall spacing.
