The Gordon Saber Dual Primary System by Arch Environmental will eliminate carryback from your conveyor system.
Two primary cleaners are positioned on the head pulley for situations where one cleaner is not sufficient to eliminate carryback material completely.
Positioning the two heavy-duty cleaners on the head pulley removes all carryback material without being deposited under the conveyor, requiring manual clean-up and additional costs.
The Gordon Dual Primary System consists of the following:
- Heavy Duty frames and support tubes
- The upper belt cleaner has a blade that cleans the centre portion of the belt, removing the bulk of the fines.
- The lower belt cleaner blade, which is standard width, removes the remaining fines from the belt surface.
- Each cleaner has a Gordon Twister Tensioner to provide constant blade pressure.

- Non-Pigment (W): Same as standard Red Blades. Ideal for colour-sensitive materials (NATURAL)
