Simplicity Chute Baffle Dust Suppression from load chutes and head box inlets is a significant portion of dust emissions, causing problems in air quality around conveyor systems.

The Simplicity Chute Baffle traps fugitive dust emissions with a three-stage curtain incorporated into the baffle.

The two outer layers are wear-resistant urethane strip curtains with grass skirting, giving extra layers between them to fill the gaps and prevent dust from escaping.

Combined with an Arch Dust Fogger system, the Simplicity Chute Baffle will virtually eliminate dust when appropriately installed at your transfer points.
