The ECOBULK MX-EX by Schuetz is a 1000-litre bulk container designed for use in explosion-hazardous and endangered operation premises classified as Zone 1 and Zone 2 while adhering to statutory and company-specific safety precautions and regulations.
The container features:
Antistatic Outer Layer: Protects the container from hazardous electrostatic charge.
Earthed Outlet Valve: Discharges the electrostatic charge of the filling product, ensuring safety.
Electrostatic Safety: Electrostatically safe within the context of the Cenelec Report CENELEC TR50404 (2003) and TRBS 2153.
Security Layer Technology: Incorporates security layer technology for enhanced safety.
High-Quality Materials: Inside Prime Quality High Molecular HDPE. Outside HDPE electrostatic dissipative for EX zones 1+2.
Inner Bottle: Inner and intermediate layers are made of high-molecular, high-density polyethylene (HDPE)—antistatic outer layer for added safety.
Optional UV and Light Protection: Additional UV and light protection for the filling product.
Outer Container: Welded tubular steel grid, galvanised for durability.
Bottom Plate: Made of steel to provide stability and facilitate minimum residual contents from the inner container.
Filling Opening: Screwcap DN150 / 6", PE-HD, red O-ring gasket TPE Sealing-cap red.
Outlet Valve: Earthed integrated butterfly-valve DN50/2" with features w/2" adapter.
Certification: Certified for EX zones 1 and 2 according to IEC TS 60079-32-1 and TRGS 727.
UN-Marking: UN_31HA1/Y/MM YY/L/SNCH/17B004/SCHÜTZ#/4056/1724/1060L/55KG/100KPA.
Heavy Metals: The concentration level of heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Cr VI, and Hg) in packaging does not exceed 100 ppm.
Delivery: Ready for filling. The customer or filler is responsible for testing the material compatibility of the filling material with the packaging.
