Shop Policies

Returns - Change of Mind or Ordered in Error

• Notify R.J. Cox within 2 weeks of receiving the item
• Restocking fee: 30% of the invoiced amount
• Freight is non-refundable
• Return goods in original packaging
• Customer to bear return freight costs
• If unable to arrange a return, R.J. Cox can collect and deduct return freight costs from the refund.
• Refund or credit (minus restocking fee) processed within 7 days of the item return.
• Made-to-order items are non-refundable

Warranty

All products are covered by a 12-month Warranty, excluding misuse and abuse. Customers must return the item to R.J. Cox for assessment. Our team will then repair or replace the item accordingly.

Assembly & Installation

All items are supplied in knock-down form and require assembly when necessary. Assembly or installation is not included unless separately indicated on the quote or invoice.

• Quoted pricing on exports excludes local duties and taxes
