Cambro CP1220 Camchiller Temperature Maintenance Accessories

The Cambro Camchiller enhances the food-holding and chilling capabilities of insulated Camcarriers and Camcarts.

Features of Cambro CP1220 Camchiller:

• Easy to use
• Pre-freeze flat for 8 hours, then slide one or two onto the top rails of insulated transporters
• Use to pre-chill food transporters 15-20 minutes before loading
• Load pans of food below Camchiller
• Move remaining pans and Camchiller down as food trays are removed
• Minimises open cavity space to keep food cooler
• Extends the cold holding time of chilled foods beyond 4 hours 
• Keeps food colder when frequent access is required
