• Spill Bin can be safely moved when full due to baffles in the containment space. 
• There is a drain plug located on the side to empty the containment area.
• DCDL4 Spill Bins are classified as a "Portable Unit" as they have a spill capacity of at least 110% of the largest package per Australian Standards
