Although no longer manufactured, RJ Cox can most likely find you an equivalent wheel of Castor.
if you have the original Lemcol Wheel or castor that needs to be replaced, please contact our office to see what is available.
Original Lemcol Listing below for Lemcol Nylon Wheels
A low-cost alternative while providing high load capacities
They are lightweight, non-marking, and resistant to impact, abrasion, corrosion, and many chemicals.
Nylon resists oils, fats, most alkalis, soap, and detergents, but should not be used in contact with acids.
One of nylon's main benefits is that it is unaffected by water, and its use when wet enhances its self-lubricating properties.
Because they are hard, they tend to be noisy when moving quickly over rough surfaces. Take care when moving heavy loads on surfaces such as vinyl, as indentation may occur.
Normally used with a plain bearing, the Lemcol range also offers cast iron centred wheels with roller and ball bearings, and demountable tyred steel centred wheels with ball bearings. These are used where higher capacity is required or lower rolling resistance is a priority.
The effective temperature range for nylon is between -30 degrees Celsius under normal operating conditions. Our range also includes mineral fibre- and glass fibre-reinforced phenolic wheels for high-temperature applications. These wheels can successfully handle temperatures to 300 degrees Celsius at a load capacity of 400kg.
We also offer a pallet roller for standard-sized pallet trucks to complete the nylon range. Other sizes are available on the application.
Load Capacities up to 1000kg
12 Month Warranty
This range carries our standard 12-month warranty against faulty workmanship and materials and is backed by an Australia-wide service and parts network.
