• Castors continue supporting the load in their normal operating position while the friction pad provides the locking force.
• Simple pedal-on, pedal-off operation provides straightforward engagement and release of the floor lock.
• Approximately 40kg of locking force is applied to the 80mm diameter base when the pad is compressed by 5mm, which is stated to be sufficient for locking most trolleys.
