Hammerlock Friction Pad Floor Lock 909-100 provides greater load capacity than a Lift-Up Floor Lock and is designed for maximum trolley stability, using a spring-loaded rubber pad while the castors continue to support the load.

Features of Hammerlock Friction Pad Floor Lock:

• Simple pedal-on, pedal-off operation provides straightforward engagement and release of the floor lock.
• Spring-loaded rubber pad presses against the floor instead of lifting the trolley, allowing the castors to continue carrying the load.
• 5mm pad compression applies approximately 40kg of force onto the 80mm diameter base, which is stated to be sufficient to lock most trolleys.
• Second lock option allows another Hammerlock to be mounted at the opposite end of the trolley if a single lock does not provide sufficient holding force.
• Maximum trolley stability is achieved while the castors remain in contact with the floor and continue supporting the load.
• Industrial-strength castors are assumed when applying the stated load capacity.
