Retractable Bollard for Vehicle Access and Parking Control

Retractable Bollards are designed for medium security applications such as traffic and parking control.

Features of Retractable Bollards:

• Hot Dip Galvanised, then powder-coated Yellow with two reflective Bands and an anti-slip surface on top.
• Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel
• Stainless steel is designed for more architectural applications, therefore, does not include reflective bands.
• Locks in both up and down positions
• Strong circular design 90mm diameter Bollard
• Unique low-cost T-handle key
• Galvanised in-ground casing
• Trouble-free design. Only two moving parts
• The internal locking system can't be tampered with or fouled by dirt or water.
• Note: 2 keys are supplied per order. Additional keys may be purchased separately.

Operating Instructions

1. Insert the key so that handle is facing out on the short side of the cap
2. With the key inserted, rotate clockwise. The bollard should now be unlocked
3. Lower the bollard until it fully retracted

IMPORTANT NOTE: The key must use the internal locking rod to lift the bollard. Failure to do so will result in the bollard not being locked in the raised position.

WARNING: Never allow the bollard to free fall into the ground as damage may result.

Specifications for Retractable Bollards:

A retractable bollard, such as car yard, should not be used where high-security locking is required.
